What is the Victory LAP?

L.A.P. stands for Longevity and Advanced Protection - a system designed specifically to help keep all of your computers, phones and tablets running better for longer, with advanced protection against viruses, malware and other cyber-threats.

It's much more than just the provision of an anti-virus program!

What can I expect?

★ Available on multiple devices - Victory LAP can run on most devices - Windows, Mac, Linux, with most functionality also available on iOS and Android. Discounts are available when signing up for Victory LAP on more than one device.
★ Full security - An advanced cyber-security solution (anti-virus, firewall, threat auto-containment etc).
★ No ads - No annoying popups asking you to buy full versions of antivirus software.
★ No unexpected Windows Updates - these will be scheduled so they won't install at times you're not expecting them to.
★ Program updates - Programs can be automatically updated for you.
★ Temporary files cleared - Regular maintenance run on your devices to clear out unnecessary temp files etc. (Victory ICT won't have any access to any personal files, just the inner workings of the system itself).
★ Scans - Automatic regular scans (when the device is idle) to prevent system issues such as:
- running out of hard drive space
- file corruption / data loss
- hardware faults
★ Request help easily - Ability to submit a support ticket to Victory ICT directly from the system tray (on Windows PCs).
★ Easy Remote Support - Remote Support available without the need to download & run a separate program; just click Allow to let the technician connect. (Remote Support sessions are chargeable at the usual rates)
★ Reports - Notification sent to you via email if there is a major issue with the device, with options of how it can be remediated (and associated costs).
★ Issue flagging - Notifications of any issues with your devices, along with options for how they can be fixed.

How much will it cost?

Victory LAP is currently free for the first 30 days! (no upfront cost, no lock-in contracts, cancel anytime). The introductory price is only $50 per year per device, with discounts available for mobile phones and for multiple devices.

How can I run the Victory LAP?

1. Send us an email at service@victoryict.com.au - let us know a time that suits you.
2. We'll email you a link to install the Victory LAP program, and arrange time to complete the install.
3. We'll call you at the arranged time to confirm that the Victory LAP system is installed & working, and provide any assistance you need with it.
